Come float away in a hammock in this amazing 45 minute Sound Bath journey that will help reduce stress & anxiety, allowing you to peacefully relax.

This is a 45 min Sound Bath where only Crystal Singing Bowls, metal bowls and chimes are played.  Kelly Kelita uses 432hz (a solfeggio frequency that has been proven to be a healing frequency since it reduces anxiety, lowers the heart rate, and blood pressure.) perfect pitch singing bowls, that will create an incredible number of vibrational frequencies.  Kelly will also play a variety of metal singing bowls.  These frequencies bypass the body's cell wall and get into the cell (cytoplasm - fluid made up of water, salt and molecules), helping to reset the cell to a more neutral state.  This assists in relieving stress, physical tensions and bringing our nervous system in a calm state.

Sound acts directly on the nervous system by shifting the body out of sympathetic mode (fight or flight) and into parasympathetic mode (rest and digest), which activates the body's natural healing mechanisms.  Benefits of a Sound Bath include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness.

· Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.

· Please expect to be barefoot during class

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & RSVP ACCEPTANCE - ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK:

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
