Join Sound Practitioner Kelly Kelita on the night of the full moon while the sounds and vibrations assist you in releasing what is no longer serving you.  The sound bath will begin with a complimentary sample of CBD, sage and palo santo cleansing (misting spray, not smoke) followed by a guided meditation during your sound bath. Relax and allow gong and other instruments to take you on a deeper journey within and bathe you with the energies of the Full Moon.  Everyone will receive a crystal to meditate with and will be charged with energetic sound vibrations and moon energy.  Sobriety-friendly CBD helps to relieve anxiety, eases pain, calms the nervous system and will bring you into a deep state of relaxation. CBD perfectly complements the healing experienced during a Sound Bath!  We will also have therapeutic essential oils diffused to bring you deeper into bliss.

Bringing in the light, the energy of the full moon is a time to practice self-care and compassion— inward reflection and releasing what no longer serves the soul and heightening your energetic vibration.

Just as the new moon is a powerful time for intention setting, full moons bring closure, and can help cleanse and clarify situations.
